WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
(What’s Not Covered)While we aim to keep you covered, some parts and situations are not included under the Repaired for Life Guarantee:
- Parts not listed as “Covered Parts” such as filters, fluids, belts, bulbs, tires, spark plugs, body panels, trim, paint, wheels, etc.
- Pre-existing conditions before the effective warranty date (April 1, 2025).
- Repairs under $200 per line item.
- Misuse, abuse, or modification after repair.
- Consequential damage between covered and non-covered parts.
- Damage due to failure to secure prompt repair or continued operation of an impaired vehicle.
- Additional exclusions apply – see full terms.
CLAIMS PROCESS
IF A COVERED PART FAILS:
- Stop driving immediately to prevent further damage.
- Call the warranty administrator at (888) 686-2225
- Monday–Friday: 8 AM – 8 PM EST
- Saturday: 8 AM – 1 PM EST
- Take your vehicle to any repair facility or return to Memorial Highway if within 40 miles.
- Provide a copy of your warranty.
- Authorization is required before repairs begin.

ELIGIBILITY
You may go to any repair facility for repairs to the parts listed on the parts description page (“Covered Parts”) of your vehicle. This Warranty is not required in order to have your vehicle repaired, maintained, or serviced.

BENEFITS
Coverage under this Warranty begins on the effective date listed above and remains in effect for the number of months and miles listed above. If a Covered Part fails during the term of this Warranty, We will pay the cost to repair or replace such Covered Parts.
We reserve the right to replace the repair facility use like kind and quality parts or remanufactured parts when replacing a failed Covered Part under this Warranty. If You prefer to use an alternative part, You will be responsible for the difference in cost.
Our subrogation right becomes effective after You are made whole. We will cover up to the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for a repair and labor. Once a Covered Part has been replaced, coverage ends for that Covered Part.
THIS WARRANTY WILL NOT PROVIDE BENEFITS FOR:
- Any part that is not listed on the parts description page, including but not limited to: accessory drive belts, body panels, bumpers, carpet, clutch friction disc and pressure plate, dash cover and pad, door trim, handles, and fabric, filters, fluids, glass (including windshields), headliner, heating hoses, lines and tubes, hinges, hybrid battery plug assembly, hybrid vehicle relay assembly, interior and exterior trim and moldings (including but not limited to cup holders, covers, and vents, lamps (brake light, back up, fog light, side marker, and turn signal light assemblies), light bulbs, LEDs, laser lights and headlight assemblies, nuts, bolts, clips, retainers, and fasteners, paint, rust and corrosion damage, seat covers, sheet metals, shiny metals, spark plugs, structural framework and welds, tires, vacuum hoses, lines and tubes, weather stripping, wheels and rims, windshield wiper blades (rubber components), filters, lubricants, coolants, fluids, and refrigerants will only be covered if replacement is required in connection with a failure of a Covered Part.
- Any condition that existed prior to the commencement of this Warranty.
- The failure of a part prior to the effective date listed above.
- Any consequential damage caused by a Covered Part to a non-covered part, or by a non-covered part to a Covered Part.
- Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages, so the foregoing limitation might not apply to You.
- Any Covered Part that has been misused, abused, or modified after the date of the original repair order.
- Any individual repair costing less than $200 per line item on the original repair order.
- Take immediate action to prevent further damage to Your vehicle. This Warranty will not cover damage caused by failure to secure prompt repair.
- Contact the administrator at (888) 686-2225, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. or Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
- Take Your vehicle to any repair facility and provide a copy of this Warranty. If You are within 40 miles of the original selling dealership, please return to the selling dealership whenever possible.
- You may need to authorize the repair facility to inspect and/or tear down Your vehicle.
- After We have been contacted, review with the service advisor or manager what will be covered by this Warranty.
