Great service

I took my husband's Silverado for an oil change, to find out that the battery was DOA!! I worked with Michelle, and she is definitely top-notch!! The battery was replaced, the oil was changed, and she researched our GM Reward Dollars to get us a decent amount off! I won't take our truck anyplace else for service. Thank you again!!

Got there, truck was parked outside the body shop.Did a walk-around. Looked good. Went in to pay(deductible) picked up keys. In the meantime another truck next to mine was being cleaned of snow by a blonde girl. She doored me pretty good (dent in bodywork crease) Just goes to show: Can't have nothing nice. Not Memorial's fault.

Excellent service

Gave me a great price with no pressure to buy. Really worked with me to get to where I needed to be on the price. Could tell that the dealership cares abut their customers.
